UPDATED: PWInsider is also reporting the same story as the Wrestling Observer -- that the Rock is not at RAW tonight and WWE is trying to re-write major portions of the show. They report that The Rock left for Los Angeles this morning, catching WWE completely off guard. There is major heat on him for leaving. This is not part of an angle, as Rock had been worked into WWE's future plans and was scheduled to be part of a major angle tonight to setup a program with Brock Lesnar or the Undertaker (more likely Lesnar) for WrestleMania 30. All those plans have now been thrown out. ORIGINAL: According to wrestlingobserver.com, there is panic backstage at Raw right now. The show was scheduled to build to a segment where Brock Lesnar beat up Rock to set up next year's WrestleMania main event. The problem: Rock is not there and has reportedly gone home. Vince McMahon, the writers and producers are in the process of redoing the show, evidently believing the angle has been nixed. Nobody knows any details as to what happened past that. As of this time, the belief is that Rock is not appearing. Also, there is a second major angle tonight to set up the main feud going forward and the Extreme Rules main event involving John Cena's next title defense. Word is that it is one of the things that has been planned for some time and was actually scheduled before Mania.

QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Apr 8, 2013 -> 12:28 PM) Annette Funicello, 70, actress/singer RIP ............MS just destroyed her body, this is one death that I am glad to say she is at peace finally.

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 8, 2013 -> 10:05 AM) Might be our toughest series of the season. Hope we don't get swept, that would sure take away the momentum from a great start so far. We do miss Strasburg. Gonzalez, Haren, and Zimmerman will be tough. Gio is 0-4 against all time, so definitely hope. Maybe Gio will have King Felix results..............Sox seem to own him hope trend continues. Missing Strasburg is huge.

QUOTE (My_Sox_Summer @ Apr 8, 2013 -> 12:40 PM) 25k would have been nice. It's early April and Sox played Seattle Sunday not much of a draw give it some time and this was first time the new Sunday promo went into effect.

HHH then Cena winning to end the show whoopie doo SOS .........VKM must think it is still 2005 still that will get people to tune in Monday for Raw......................very average WM at best. Cena is a 11 time champ now yet Piper, Orndorff, Muraco, DiBiase and countless others never won the title once my gosh in the mid 80's or Attitude Era Cena would of been hard pressed to be a mid carder.

PWInsider has provided a very interesting statistic about John Cena in regards to his match at Wrestlemania. With his WWE title match against The Rock almost a certainty to go on last, this will be the ninth consecutive Wrestlemania that Cena has either closed the show, or fought for the WWE or World titles. The only time Cena has not done this was at Wrestlemania XX, where he defeated Big Show for the US title to open. From Wrestlemania 21 to this year, he's either main evented, or fought for either the World or WWE titles. Until Sunday, he is tied with Hulk Hogan and Triple H with eight. Hogan main evented or fought for a World title at WrestleManias I, II, III, V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX. The only Wrestlemanias he didn't do this at were IV, XVIII and XIX. Triple H did it at XVI, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIV, and XXV. The only ones that he didn't were at XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVII, XXVII, and XXVIII. If WWE decided to run Triple H vs Brock Lesnar as the main event and not John Cena vs The Rock, then Triple H will end up tying Cena. Next is Shawn Michaels with six: XI, XII, XIV, XX, XXIII, and XXVI. After him, it's The Rock with five, including this Sunday. The others are XV, XVI, XVII, and XXVIII. If The Undertaker's match with CM Punk were to close, then he would tie with the Rock. As it stands, he has four with XIII, XXIII, XXIV and XXVI. Also at four are Edge (XXIV, XXV, XXVI, and XXVII) and Yokozuna (twice each at IX and X). I am so tired of SuperCena
