Wouldn't this be a nice cheap pickup for a year. Larkin could play SS and Uribe could bump Willie from 2B. I doubt Larkin will get more than 3 M for 1 year.

Why does the media keep saying we're going for Beltran. His agent happens to be Boras and I don't think they want to give him over $12-13 M this off-season. Why must we trade Lee or Konerko and then sign Beltran. Carlos Lee is good enough for me if we can spend that money elsewhere. I definitly wanna see Konerko on the team next season. He's just got an amazingly smooth swing.
