I'll report in as soon as I can after the trip. Saturday night we have seats behind home plate, but further back aways from the field. Sunday I had to buy 7 tickets so the nephews and their women could join us. My wife told them they could pay us back by buying us some beer and eats. The tickets cost $300 incluidng their taxes and fees. That's a lot of beer.

Did the one I start get ugly? I posted that I was headed to Seattle for the Saturday night and Sunday day games this coming weekend. I also had been in Colorado in June. Next year I am lanning on making it to Chicago for a series.

Looking back to that last inning with runners at 2nd and 3rd and 1 out how the offesne slipped right back into what has been ailing us. 2 K's when all we needed from Anderson was a fly ball or grounder to the right side.

If Anderson got sent down I think Borchard should be called up instead. He has some ML experience and something to prove. Drop Ozuna or Perez and bring up Gload if you desire.

I think the kid Anderson was overmatched by this here Johnson guy. 3-2 count and you get caught looking at strike 3. Protect the plate youngster!

3 up and 3 down in the 9th and so they go silently into the night... 7 straight. Maybe with a fireballer like Johnson pitching a couple of lucky contacts with the ball will end up in the bleachers.

Can anyone give me an idea what the Sox rotation is for the Mariner's series. I saw El Duckie and Contreras in Denver in June.

I am going to watch the Sox play in Seattle next Saturday and Sunday. I am hoping we have a turnaround by the offense before then

If anyone has access to the Sox web page they might want to change the heading from "seeking end to 6 game losing treak" to seven game. Or maybe "there is no light at the end of the tunnel."
