Most of the American League has never seen him, but he's been known to blow games. If we hold them here, I think we've got a good shot at tying this up.
-
Everett's was worse? How the hell do you figure that?
-
We have 3-4-5 coming up. We have got to tie it up here.
-
I think we'll come back, this Boston bullpen is nothing to be proud of.
-
My heart just sank all the way to China.
-
YEAH! Robbie with doubles in his last 4 AB's!!!
-
Despite the game being on WCIU, it is on MLB.tv Thank you. Crowd looks fairly weak, especially for a half-price night. I think we'll be lucky for 25k

The Mariners, who have just over 50 errors coming into the game tonight, have made FOUR in the first two innings of tonights game. They are really slumping.
-
We're only playing 2 with them.
-
That's sweet! I thought for sure that Frank would get it, though.
-
Yeah, I stayed for the whole thing. We set straight across in the upper deck.

I tried to find you for the last Saturday game vs. Texas, as I very much coveted those two left field seats you had. Oh well.
-
Really? He was that close? That would've been so awesome if he did come here.
-
Isn't that the same thing? No it includes last year. Meaning that he is third in all time August batting avg. ? Because the way I see it is that it is obvious that it's among active players if he is in the league leaders.
-
Isn't that the same thing?

I'll help you out. Arod did nothing wrong in signing with Texas. With the addition of him, and the other players they had, who didn't think they woud be good. Don't get mad at him because someone made him an offer he can't refuse.

He said that he doesn't believe that they existed.

Where did I say anything about Puertorican people anyway?? I didnt know you would take such offense to your native donkeys ... Like for example, i could talk about 15 raging flaming japanese lizards, and i dont any japanese people would take offense to that... Just trying to be funny... MY BAD! It was a little curious, but I understand where you were coming from. Its just a silly metaphor. I totally got what you were saying, and was slightly amused by it. Just because you tell a racist joke, doesn't make you a racist.

Absolutely. When I got there on Thursday, Rowand Harris and Daubach were hitting with the bat. The only two I saw Rowand hit went to the concourse.

No kidding. That reminds me of a stupid ass wearing a Kerry Wood jersey at the Sox game on Thursday. We already had a fair lead, and ARod homered. He is standing up cheering and yelling, and then a Sox fan stands up and points out to him the Out-of-town scoreboard, which read, Houston 8, Cubs 1. He stopped then. When I went to the M's-Sox games at the beginning of the month, I sat by myself and was wearing full Sox regalia, and cheered very loudly for them. Even though we got our asses handed to us the two games I was at, no Mariners fans said anything, they sort of sympathised for me.

I'm very excited for this series. I hope we kick their ass just like in 2000. I'd really like to get at least 2 victories here.

I'd never heard of this guy until yesterday. But from what I read, he sounds pretty cool. I also have never heard of Andy the Clown. Someone please explain to me.

Also, I sat in the upper deck Friday and Saturday night. To those who b**** about it. :fyou Those seats are actually pretty good, and you can see the whole field without having to crick your neck too much. Plus, the fireworks displays were excellent. I'm just glad I didn't have to see them on the heels of a loss.

Excactly. Plus I rather enjoy it. I was wearing it on Saturday, and went into an antique store on Michigan ave., and the stupid lady that worked there saw the back and said, "So, what is 'Cork'? is that some new player?" : puke I then explained to her the situation, and she couldn't figure out what was wrong with doing that, and she even suggested that everybody should do that. I left the store pretty sure that she didn't even know who Sammy Sosa is.

I had a great time at the 4 games, unfortunately the offense sputtered yesterday. Also yesterday, they said I was too old to run the bases Too all of you who gave me directions on how to get to the Hyatt Regency, thank you. It worked. The only problem was that it turned out that we had reservation for the Hyatt Regency McCormick place. Oh well, it all worked out. I've decided that I really enjoy Chicago, except for all the damned beggars and people who are trying to pawn off everything. If I moved to Chicago, I'd stay out of the inner city, and just stick to the houses neighboring the ballpark. I also went to a White Castle for the first (and last) time. My mother and I nearly puked after eating that stuff. The games were great, and I can't wait until I get back there. Here's to Frank and first place P.S. I bought a "Cork" shirt, and can't wait to wear it around here.
