Look we all got overly excited about another WS SP, he needs at least 2 more years in the minors before we can use him. That was the gameplan going into the season..and should have stuck with it. This is our bread and butter in the years to come, either via aa trade or in our own rotation, lets pray (to the god of your choice) that KW didn't f*** him over by calling him up to soon.

Lowe is a ground ball pitcher, there are a couple of games with better D, he wins another 4-5 games.. We not going to start back on OC, I'm done he is an angel.. not much more we can do about that Again, about time Management starts puttting something into this team. How can you say that playing on the Sox, would not help OC stats playing in the Cell? Or Lowe's numbers would be better with the better defense behind him? I am happy we have the best record in baseball, but so did the Mariners in 01, they keep things as is.. and lost in the playoffs.. I know we get into the playoffs its how we do there is what I am more worried about. Gettting in is the easy part its playing like you belong that is the hard part.

What does it matter I was not comparing the 2 teams... It was used as a visual aid.. That it seems most are sitting like a deer in headlights wondering what is going on.

Its called being a realist, most people here are in fairyland, and think things are great before this season. We still have # 5 starter issues since OH can't stay healthy, we have Garland and Marky playing their asses off, and Freddy showing signs of his former self. B-mac looks like Felix Diaz part 2 so far, granted the kid is young, but all that hype and never was able to get it going in the majors or triple-A.. I like where we are at, just think things could be better, sorry If I want to fix the flaws that we have in the sox, and not just settle for a playoff berth.
