  1. QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 07:43 PM) Good start to this inning. Not so much
  2. *calls ESPN studios to cancel post game show*
  3. QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 07:39 PM) Astros have been taking good swings all series long. Hopefully they continue to swing well in Detroit.
  4. If Oswalt is on a 2-0 lead could be huge for him.
  5. Ugh. s***ty inning. Already 23 pitches and still men on 2nd and 3rd. 2-0 Astros.
  6. I can't wait to hear Miller and Morgan talk about the attendance and compare USCF to Wrigley Field.
  7. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 04:56 PM) Let's compare the Tigers and Sox position by position, for s***s and giggles. It's obvious that position by position we will have the better players but what does that prove? The '05 Sox could have been compared to the other elite teams from last year and had no more than 1 or 2 players that would be considered better than the other team's rosters.
  8. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 03:21 PM) But I do agree that the Tigers have been s*** against the good teams. And we have been s*** against bad teams (KC, TB, CLE). We also haven't played the Yanks or Red Sox so who's to say we won't fare as poorly as the Tigers did against them?
  9. QUOTE(TheHolyBovine @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 02:27 PM) Until then, they're a cute story. In case you haven't noticed they are going to be 51-25. I think that's a bit more than a cute story.
  10. QUOTE(shoota @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 11:50 AM) I'd like to see the Sox trade for Rincon. I'd like to win the lotto.
  11. QUOTE(Leonard Zelig @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 11:25 AM) July 18th, you guys do have internet access, don't you? LOL I wonder the same thing sometimes especially when posting in game threads. People asking what the score is or for a particular stat for a player.
  12. QUOTE(WhiteSoxFan1 @ Jun 25, 2006 -> 11:17 AM) We are winning games thats all that matters. Not that I want Ozzie fired but winning games doesn't give anyone the right to act like a jackass.
  13. Don Cooper on the Score now. Calling in after having 9 drinks. That's according to him and apparantly he's calling from his car. WTF!?!? Chris Rongey was speechless after Dr Cooper tells him he just had 9 drinks.
  14. Sox have 3 grand slams in the last 5 games vs the Astros. Also, the Sox have more wins at home than 3 other teams have in total.
  15. Our scrubs get the job done in the 10th.
  16. If Juan gets the job done they will IBB Pods.
  17. That was a nice piece of hitting by Rob.
  18. Dammit. Not a good guy to walk.
  19. QUOTE(TheHolyBovine @ Jun 24, 2006 -> 03:30 PM) Why not? Unless someone feels like making me a sig meshing bovines and White Sox, it will have to do. It was the size I was questioning.
  20. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jun 24, 2006 -> 03:30 PM) He did and he slipped twice. Damn you Bossard!
