    Pirates

    QUOTE(Sox Hustler @ Nov 14, 2005 -> 10:17 PM) "But I don't wanna be a pirate!!" Definite cool points for that.
  2. QUOTE(Texsox @ Nov 14, 2005 -> 10:53 PM) If she is in high school, she must either be a teacher or really stupid . . . I assumed she was a teacher..since that sort of relationship seems to be way too popular these days..it's just odd
  3. What's the deal with people getting knocked up in high school? Contraceptives? Maybe? That age difference is just highly wrong as well. :banghead
  4. QUOTE(ChiSoxyGirl @ Oct 23, 2005 -> 10:32 PM) No words. Too much joy. So happy. So happy. To help you out, two words: Very Bulbus
  5. Here's a great drunk story straight from my new boss: He gets assigned to do a week rotation in Boston and of course goes out to party it up one night. A co-worder convinces him that climbing that Paul Revere statue is a great idea at 2am. Needless to say he does, falls off, wakes up in the morning with a broken wrist and spends the day in the ER. He has to fly back and start typing up things with his huge cast on...and the best part is the branch asks him to come join them in Boston! Guess they're desperate for people going to that crazy city.
  6. QUOTE(Brian @ Oct 10, 2005 -> 11:28 PM) Didn't Jerry, Elaine, george, and Kramer get arrested for standing around and doing nothing when the fat guy was getting mugged? Why yes they did and although Seinfeld was a great show, I don't think that would hold up in a real court. Props for remebering classic Seinfeld moments though. As far as the $25 fee goes, no one runs into burning houses for the hell of it all the time...give a little to get a little eh?
  7. At least you're aware of the exact mileage...some fools think that they're some even number like 28 or 30 :banghead A manager I knew ran them all the time...and he pretty much prepares by running every single day he can Good luck!
  8. QUOTE(Purdue129 @ Aug 2, 2005 -> 10:15 PM) I was looking for awhile and settled on Ebay in order to get decent lower deck seats for the 16th. There's a couple other pairs on there and some slightly overpriced ones on stubhub.com. Getting tickets close to games that aren't overpriced online are as good as hoping that Dumbeldore doesn't die in Harry Potter or like wishing that Malfoy isn't a Death Eater. Just an analogy to help any young grasshopper out. Having friends with tickets helps, but having friends in general is a plus too. :finger Best of Luck

    College

    QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Jul 8, 2005 -> 11:11 PM) You're too young to be thinking about marriage anyway. Think of the fun times and go find some more. The rest will work itself out! Why thank-you and I think I'll have to do just that. I wasn't planning on walking down the isle next month or year or anything...but I'm a planner so it's good to know

    College

    QUOTE(Steff @ Jul 8, 2005 -> 02:17 PM) Don't consider it a waste. Call it a learning experience. It happens to most at least once. If anything be thankful it was now versus in your late 20's early 30's. Yeah, I think I'm just too bitter to learn anything from it right now. But at least no kids, house, etc. exist to complicate things. At least my new job is in an industry that's predominantly male
  11. Adam Sandler- damn funny is all his comedy movies...but when he starts to get all serious and sentimental he needs to stop

    College

    I've lived and learned and I'll definitely get over him...it's just a shame 3 years were wasted. At least now I'm free to move about the country without worrying about anyone dragging me down

    College

    Everyone says college is supposed to be the best time of your life...and after 4 years of it I thought it was. They should also put the disclaimer on that "Beware of jackasses that will break your heart to become self-absorbed in work and themselves and who are afraid of committment."...or did I miss that pamplet on orientation day?? some, not all guys, should definitely never get married
  14. How much are Dave Matthews tickets going for? This will be the first time in 4 years I haven't been to a DMB show. Have any so far been good?
