That's a low blow...Someone has to be pretty confident to leave a good job like BMR said he had in Texas and just uproot and start a new in Vegas. I think that's a good indication on his confidence that he'll get another good job there even though he didn't necessarily have one lined up.. Me on the other hand, I would have to have a job lined up if I was even to move to the next town over...And I think BMR knows posting on Soxtalk ain't gonna pay the bills... Eh, who cares, dont worry about him. Hes just jealous. Im used to it. Although I do need to make a small correction. I didnt exactly leave my past job volunteerily(sp?). Once i did leave, this is where i wanted to be, and yes it did take a lot of balls and confidence, thank you.

Dude i didnt "find" anything and i want no credit. Those "problems" were obvious. Again, what i want is for guys like Tony, who i LIKE, to learn a lesson. ITs hard enough being a fan without having false hopes.

He saw things as they are, and then you gave him problems about it. Why? SO he will utilize his brain BEFORE the fact and not AFTER next time. It does yourself no good whatsover to realize the obvious, after the facts are in front of you. Tony is a nice kid and ive talked to him on PM several times. He just needs to learn to think with his head and not his heart.

Why is it the most important thing in the world for you to be right? He disagreed, and now after seeing this team, he agrees with what you say. It's not wrong or illegal to change your views.
