While reviewing the sox and yanks matchup, i came upon an interesting stat. As you know, the yanks are one of the very best teams in baseball. I find it interesting that they rank 1st in the majors in walks and also they rank 1st in the majors with fewest walks allowed. I have always believed walks are important and this further proves that. It also proves what a smart team the yanks are......

I don't follow all that power ranking stuff. But if we're 7th that means people r startin to take notice. That's always good... The day we get proper respect from the national media is the same day hell freezes over. IT AIN'T HAPPENING. Even if we win it all the papers will say it was an abberation and that the Yank-mees will win next year for sure. We ARE getting proper respect. Our franchise hasnt done s***. why would you expect anything more?

I gotta give honorable mention, and my 11th man, to rex. He is very knowledgable about out minor league system.

Eh, thats probably right, too. I just dont like having a couple losers try to tell me what to do, and im sorry to say, daver and voodoo fit that description. This site is awesome. They're only album "Above" is also on my favorite albums ever list. The band is lead by the late great Layne Staley, and has member's of Pearl Jam, and Screaming Tree's What did you think of the smashing pumpkins? BTW who would you rate top 5 bands of the 2000s, so far?

Rage against the machine was a good band. It was the lead singer who sucked. Speaking of soundgarden, one of my favorite bands of all time, but they were absolutely horrible in concert.

Great cd, I suggest you pick it up. If you arent aware, Audioslave is made of up the former leader singer of Soundgarden, and members of Rage against the machine. Two good bands, too. I love the cd.

Thanks SF1. That was nice of you to have me on your list. WSI has something similar to this going on. My response is the same here as it is there.. Everyone brings something to the table. There are those I like and interact with and those I don't who I just don't read/respond to. It's been fun making friends and hanging out with many of you. Definitely takes a special kind of person to be a fan of this team, LOL. But rating them... naaa. IMO that's the same as rating posts. Purposely not responding to someone because you dont like them just shows weakness on your part , but hey to each their own. I just dont see allowing someone on the internet to effect one in any way at all.

Steff, I would suggest you do a search on the internet rather than accepting opinons here , on this matter. Evaluate opinions from sources that have great experience in this matter. You can not be too careful these days, and this person will be in your HOUSE.
