I remember thinking this when JD was played 1st base that one game, but mainly it was because konerko was struggling. Paulie is showing is true colors now, and if we can get him at a reasonable price, we hafta keep him. He is a leader on and off the field for this team.

The first two games I did not noticed Berman's biased, but yesterday I heard it in full force. It seems like we are not the only town that doesn't like Berman, check out what someone said on talksox.com: City of Champions: Yeah, if anything I'm not ashamed to go out against the best team in the AL. Just the sweep part bothered me. Also I really wanted Berman and the otehr guy to f*** themselves if the Sox tied it back up. "I think the fat lady's singin Chicago is my kinda town" f***in asshole. But anywho, congrats to the White Sox, hopefully Papi will win the MVP award, we got a bright future in Papy, Ramirez, and Lester.

If the whitesox are playing well and you are sitting in a specific place or position, you must stay like that. All people that are jinxes must leave (sorry dad) and I have a playoff shag goin on.

Now I hate bad announcers as much as anyone else (cleveland indians/cavaliers, cubs) but why does anyone hate berman? Sure, he isn't that good of a baseball announcer, mainly known for his back back back back....gone calls, but he isn't like all up on boston's nuts right now. Im sure Red Sox fans would be pissed if the Hawk called the game, even though he is the greatest announcer ever. GO SOX!

my friend is a boston red sox "fan", a.k.a. he is just a typical fair weather fan. He mentioned on sportscenter they said the red sox have won all of their next games in the playoffs after a big loss.

Yeah, well TV is awesome when its not in HD, but when it is, its makes it that much better. But, if I figure out a way to make a DVD or something, i could definetely send it to you.

They usually show the SEC night games in HD, such as spurrier's debut and other high profile games. But many of the big ten games on early aren't in hd.

ESPN HD is awesome, this week is gonna rule, having the sox whoop some bosox tail on hd and then watch my buckeyes take on penn state at happy valley in HD.

I DVR'd it, so i have the game saved on my cable box. I don't know how i could transport it to you though. It would be cool to get though because its in HD too.

Paul Konerko is the most nationally underrated fielding 1st basemen. I know I'm preachin to the choir here, but he is money in the bank when it comes to pickin a low throw.

I didn't know where else to post this, so i just put it here. Besides the time I spend reading threads on Soxtalk, I also read Buckeyeplanet.com. At Buckeyeplanet, they have a thing called vCash, which you get for good posts and other good things. Then, they have a vCash bookie, where you can bet your vCash on various games and such. I think this would be a good addition to soxtalk, plus it can add more discussions in the various sports discussion. Anyone else agree or disagree? I would like to here what people think, even if it is a crappy idea.

Oh man, this Curry situation is sad. Curry is going to be a dominator in this league, and it probably won't be in a Bulls uniform.
