It's so very disappointing to hear these guys over and over and over again blaming Jerry for all the wrong last year. The players had nothing to do with it..? And I'm sick of hearing about Jerry's lack of motivational skills. At what point do these guys get sick of losing..? Obviously, never. I sure hope the Sox don't go on a skid.. After all the blaming of Jerry if the same thing comes anywhere close to happening.. Ozzie's gonna explode in the media. BTW quickman, very nice meeting and talking with you as well. I think this is absolutely hillarious and good for this kid! For all the sneaky sinister ways to make $$.. he's at least being honest.

Accepted this morning, deposit due in on 2/12. Give or take a day they have been accurate the past 4 years on the DD.

Did ours Thursday night with Turbo Tax. Already got acceptance and a deposit date. A far cry from the days of waiting 6 to 8 weeks...

Naa. If I was to call them I would do it later when Mac, Jerko, & Harry are on.. but only if they say something. Although it might be better to let this just fade away. I made my peace with Kenny. I really don't care what the rest of those morons think.

Actually... he was asked if he was upset that Frank didn't return Ozzie's calls, and replied "No, I'm upset he hasn't returned MY calls". I take Kenny's side in being upset also. What I DON'T agree with is telling us about it. Listen... my boss would be ticked if I didn't call him back either. What he would NOT do is announce that anger in the employee meetings. That's all the issue was.

Ya know what... I'm taking a new approach here. I have no idea of any of this. I didn't even make a comment at the Q&A. I have no idea who this female fan is....

I think leaving out the "think" and the "IMO" is misleading (again) to the tone of my comments.

I want to "ditto" everyone elses comments on how nice it was to meet those of you I didn't know. One specifically is quickman. Caught completely off guard, we started a conversation before the Saturday Q&A and shared our thoughts on Harris, Friday's events.. etc. The best part was his uncle who reminded me so much of my grandfather who was always sure to make sure he was heard . Quick you left so fast I didn't get a chance to tell you.. but thanks. We had such a great time all 3 days, and I even made up with Kenny yesterday before we left He knew where I was coming from, and he agrees that some things are better left unsaid but admitted he's got a "quick tongue". Overall it was a great weekend. Especially loved to see SN and WSI posters getting along I have a ton of pictures but I was beat last night and didn't get a chance to DL them from the camera. Hopefully I'll do that Tuesday night and share them.

I just want to add one thing... I don't think Friday was as explosive as it's been made out the be. Kenny even commented before Saturday's Q&A that it was NOT "Springer like". Yes, things got a bit heated a few times..big deal. No one was about to throw punches. IMO.. this thread started out just as bad as the bulls*** in the papers.
