  1. 2 near homers, but in the end nothing.
  2. Thome gets chin music. Make him pay.
  3. OC with a nice play to end the inning.
  4. Good luck getting that one back on CC now.
  5. What a dumb f*** pitch.
  6. When Jose is locked in, the hitter can know what coming and can't hit it. His problem isn't tipping pitches, it's hanging pitches. To answer the actual question though, yes, it does tip the pitches. I've heard this on a visiting team's broadcast. Can't remember who, but even they said it didn't matter.
  7. CC with 71 pitches through 5. Barring rain, he's going deep into this one.
  8. CC has it absolutely locked in.
  9. JC goes around Blake. Bases loaded. Same as 1st inning. Please get out this.
  10. JC isn't throwing anything hittable to Blake. Until right after I wrote this.
  11. Choo K's. 2 out.
  12. Another walk. Choo up. Still 1 out. JC can't locate anything.
  13. Gets lucky with a 3-0 grounder to third.1 out, man at 3rd.
  14. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 2, 2008 -> 09:51 PM) Fixed That was the wrong guy to walk.
  15. Carrol with a triple. No outs, tie game.
  16. Walk ends up on second.
  17. CC is too good when those breaking balls are working. I think Thome beat that.
  18. OC grounds to 3rd. Inning over.
  19. BA K's on all breaking stuff. Not surprising.
  20. ARam flies out. 1 out.
  21. Swisher with broken bat to left scores Pablo. 3-2. Looks like a barn burner tonight.
  22. Pablo with a lead off double off the center field wall. Wow. That's as far as he can hit it.
  23. QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 2, 2008 -> 09:04 PM) I was wondering the same thing. That should have been a double play on Shoppach. CQ had as good a chance at making that play as Pablo.
  24. Ground out to SS scores the run.
  25. Ozuna boots the grounder. Awesome. What was he doing playing on the outfield grass? Is that normal?
