While I think it's a bulls*** rule, I understand why they felt they had to do it but, you should be warned when you buy those tickets that you will not receive the same service as in other parts of the park. They've alienated most of Chicago. Then they alienated the upperdeck people. Now it's the outfield. This organization is so screwed up it's silly. They have the absolute worst PR department in MLB. I am so sick and tired of being treated like I'm an asshole because I like the cheap seats. I'm scum because I sit in the Upper deck and the outfield. Also, at the top of the ramp we had to wait in a 15 minute line while 1, yes 1! security guard checked to make sure we had lower level seats. Come see all the new things at the park...unless you bought an upper deck ticket, you scum bucket! Screw this organization! :fyou

I hear complaints all the time from the left about the overwelming conservativeness(word? ) of talk radio. But here's the difference, talk radio is commentary. People should know that going in. TV news is supposed to be just that: NEWS. They claim they are impartial, but they continually add commentary when no commentary is neccesary.

Oh I agree. I was commenting on his "Presidential hero" comment. I thought he meant a hero that happened to be President, not a heroic President. If that's the case, Bush 41 was in now way a "Presidential hero." He dropped the ball for all the Reaganites. I think that was the biggest reason he couldn't get re-elected.

That's the listener's fault. If studies showed that 10 Liberal talk shows could kick ass in Texas, there would be ten of them the next day. Don't blame that on the GOP.

I think it's bad because way too many people are ignorant to actual current events and get their entire news from the 6 second sound clip on the evening newscast. I don't really think it's a calculated bias. I mean, I'm sure they don't have secret meetings in a cellar under a building in NY, and have a secret handshake or anything like that. It's just who they are. I honestly believe that the majority of them don't realize that they are doing it.

I had nothing against Kennedy and actually think he could have been one of our better Presidents, but what makes him a hero? His service to his country? If that's the case, I would make a case for Bush 41 who was shot down in war.

I couldn't agree more, Chaos. That's exactly the way I felt about him this season. I was disappointed last year. I thought he could turn it around. Foulke did it, but apparently Foulke is either a better pitcher or less of a head-case.

Vince, I think the Unions have it in their contracts now that they get the day off when the President declares a "National Day of Mourning." They probably didn't have it in their contratcs when the other Presidents died.
