Reagan 1911-2004: nonpartisan thread
I'll start this over: I think what first drew me to Reagan is that he reminded me so much of my Grandfather, who was pretty much the only father I ever had. My Grandfather even looked a little like Reagan.

If that's who "the other side" was, then I was mistaken. But, how am I possibly supposed to assume from your post that that's who you meant?- What to do with Koch?
- Enough
What I find odd is how they BSed the Prior situation, they've BSed the Wood injury, no one knows about Sosa and now this Borowski crap. Why have they not been fined my MLB for not being fully honest about their injuries? Shanahan was slapped by the NFL.- Reagan 1911-2004: nonpartisan thread
Very excellent post!- Reagan 1911-2004: nonpartisan thread
Not me directly, but me .- Sox Drinking game
I've played Beer Hunter, but it was with a cheap beer (The HGD I mentioned in a previous thread), so it was hard to tell which one was the "bullet" since it didn't fizz too much.- Reagan 1911-2004: nonpartisan thread
Oomph! I just got hit with another jab from cw. You're absolutely wrong, Sir. I have the utmost respect for any man that has had to deal with the trials of being "The most powerful man in the world." It's a job that is more difficult than any of us can imagine. I agree with Tex. Carter might be the best ex-President ever. God bless him for all he's done!- Enough
Maybe he can sneeze real hard and throw out his back. Anybody got any pepper?- Enough
Come on! That's uncalled for. I was, I repeat: WAS, on the Billy Koch train. I am officially off of it. I'm sorry for any pain I have caused anyone during my tenure of mental instability.- Reagan 1911-2004: nonpartisan thread
Why does this thread have to lead to this? :headshake- Reagan's health is deteriorating
I'm about as big a Reagan fan as you'll find. My daughter's named after him. I hate to hear about this, but I wonder who it's worse on. Him or Nancy? That woman has had to bear so much. God bless her.- Good TV tonight
I absolutely agree with that. And I agreed with his comparison of the Titanic and other deep sea wrecks, etc as museums of the sea and they should be preserved and respected like the museum on land. Those two finds are incredible. I can see where his arrogance comes from.- Good TV tonight
While I understand where that guy was coming from concerning the Titanic, he acted like it's his property because he found it. He came across as very arrogant, to me. I borrowed "Old School" from a friend and threw that in at 10:00. I hadn't seen it before.- Post ya favorite Beatles song:
I thought this was "Post ya favorite Beatles song?" Not "Write a book about the Beatles." Oh well. I like "The Long and Winding Road" the best, I think. Not a huge fan, just a casual listener.- Creed breaks up
- Armando Benitez
I just heard on ESPN that hitters are 0 for their last 40 against Benitez. Damn! That's a perfect game and a half!- Good TV tonight
I take it back. I guess they brought back the Science Channel when I wasn't looking. I caught some of the show last night. Pretty interesting stuff. I actually flipped between that and the Titanic thing (Sorry )- Indiana: Corn, Basketball and … Baseball?
I think Sosa used a Hoosier bat a few years ago for a while.- Here come the fans I hope
I'm on of those "pussies" you speak of! I can't handle any hard liquor except Tequila.- NO ROULETTE WHEEL TOMORROW!!!
Yuck! Thanks for ruining my morning!- Trade Botch to the Flubbs!!!
That's not exactly accurate, though. I'm sure most of those "blown" saves were in the 6th, 7th and 8th before he was ever the official "closer." Actually he was quite successful when he was in the roll of closer.- Carlos Lee
Carlos is as streaky as they come when it comes to HRs. He'll go 4-5 straight games with one and have 15 before you know it. - Reagan 1911-2004: nonpartisan thread
