  2. Hill wasn't trying to bean him, he just sucks and cant control his pitches.

  5. HOLY f***ING s***. THE REAL QUESTION IS WHICH CUBS PLAYER IS MISSING AND LOCATED IN THOME'S STOMACH NOW
  6. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ May 20, 2006 -> 08:14 AM) The best ripping was Steve Stone on Comcast, hands down. is there a summary or clip of this anywhere?

  10. ell (6:50:41 PM): some guy was like BOB HOWRY LOOK AT ME NOW and then he gave the finger when he did

  12. QUOTE(fathom @ May 16, 2006 -> 07:36 PM) The Astros just totally threw at Bonds. 3 straight pitches way up inside. He's not this year's Griffey Jr., as I don't think the Twins would trade him to us. Hunter is still a better defender than Anderson, and he's a much better hitter. Get out, the best defensive Center Fielder is better than another center fielder?
  13. our defense has sucked the past couple days
  14. QUOTE(fathom @ May 16, 2006 -> 07:32 PM) Anderson gets good jumps on fly balls, but that was nowhere near as difficult a play as he made it. I think we already have our one defensive specialist up the middle (Uribe). I think as the season goes on, we're going to need more production from the bottom of our order. We only need one good defensive fielder per side of the field? What are you talking about? Brian Anderson gets ridiculous jumps, and he didn't make that play look difficult at all. Don't make Torii Hunter this year's Ken Griffey already.
  15. QUOTE(fathom @ May 16, 2006 -> 07:25 PM) Real quick...I didn't post in the other thread, but if Ozzie could get Hunter to play CF, I'd do it in a second. what was that?
  16. QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ May 16, 2006 -> 07:23 PM) How many K's does Crede have since that one guy started a thread about his low amount of K's? I'm pretty sure it was 5 at the time, and I think it may have doubled since then. Yep. that was me. I think he's struck out 7 times since then
  17. Another good start to an inning. Lets not blow it twice.
  18. 52. 1 of them will be an inside the park home when he kills a line drive vs. the Yankees that riccochets off of A-Rod and continues to play pinball off the rest of the Yankees squad, knocking them all unconcious for a few minutes but not seriously injuring any of them except Derek Jeter who wakes up 3 minutes later to find Thome still lumbering toward home, he grabs the ball from left field and beats Jim to the plate only to be catapulted into the netting at Yankee stadium when James Howard Thome's shoulder makes contact with his gargantuan nose, he drops the ball in the process, scoring Thome but the play is only remembered for Jeter's courageousness.
