This is a joke how can Crede not win Gold Glove ????? With the game on the line and if I have to pick the 3b that would make the game ending play I would always pick Crede. They should let the fans pick the winners just like the All-Star Game. Eric Chavez just won it out pure popularity this sucks.................not only did we didn't make the playoffs and now we get snubed on this as well, I forgot that we are dealing with a sport that glorifies Kenny Rogers so called "dirt" on his hand.

Maggs would not have gotten the rbi last year in game 4 of the WS against Houston, he is not a clutch hitter. I would rather have Scott Bora's other player...........................JOE CREDE.

One other thing I remember was my now brother in law was taking a dump and he missed the grandslam.........when you got to go....you go to go................ha ha ha. In my fathers room I screamed and the other patients in the others where banging the walls for us to be quiet it was unreal. The nurse came in and told me just to be a little quieter and that she was a sox fan for life and would come in every ten minutes "just to check on on my dad" LOL

With the recent struggles of the whitesox I decided to bring a different flavor to the forum, Last year for game 2 of the world series I had a chance to go to the game, however due to unfortunate turn of events my father fell ill with what is called cirrosis of the liver, he was very sick at the time and even though it was the first world series in Chicago since 59' I would have missed the game to be with my dad if it happen ten times. Almost 10 months later I recall that night when Konerko hit a grand slam and Pods a walk off to win the game, it brings tears to my eyes everytime i think about watching the sox win the game with my dad next to me in the hospital. My dad is feeling much better and hopefully this year we can go together to watch the playoffs. Thanks, Blazewc77
