no... i would agree that garland has turned into a decent pitcher.... it was the learnig curved that almost killed me.... if we try this with cotts.... .... man i hope he makes a leap soon

agree to a point.... it was a RISKY move by manuel to play cotts today.... and it didn't work out.... but hell, you cant call jerry an idiot without directing some criticism at neal cotts... after all, he is the dude who walked four while retiring one and bumped his ERA to 8 plus.... frankly he sucked... big time... he is to blame for this loss....

watching the sox develop jon garland into a decent pitcher over the last few years has damn near killed me. i am not kidding. garland needs to throw a couple of no-hitters to earn my trust.... that said.... if the sox have a similar plan for neal cotts.... sox fans will drop like frenchmen in a heat wave....

I think it's a really big mistake to look past the Yank-Mees to a cellar dweller. Lets worry about the next game before we worry about the next series. your right.... but i would like to see this team develop some swagger.... this town loves swagger

i dont know what to think about this.... i would like to see cotts have success against the yanks in NY..... but the yanks did have about 9 hits tonight and with cotts control.... could be trouble i think when you are playing a first place team you should bring your first-rate talent. MB is probably the safe move.

still talking about the sox going into septmeber.... this does not happen enough. i love it. go sox.
