Capn12

What is TB doing, in terms of the bullpen? I mean, I like it, but....I'm confused.

Engel is tough to defend on the bases, man....

We need to get a couple of runs here, and we can win this one.

We've got a lot of bats, not doing much at all, in the lineup, right now. And ESPECIALLY against pitchers who throw right handed.

"Listen, I know it makes a lot of sense to try and acquire Ketel or Escobar, but hear me out.........what about Josh Harrison? ......Hello?"

Garbage hitting on a guy with spinning sliders over the plate.

Goodness Harrison, that pitch never appeared to be close.

Yeah Tim is out.

Burger, please save us from the hit drought.

Velasquez only has himself (and a bit of the ump) to blame for today, sadly. If not for the terrible walks and errors, things are ok. But those are BIG IFs.

Dude is 2 steps off of the base, why are you trying to throw back?

It'd be nice if Yaz could catch the ball, on 2 strike counts.

With Velasquez as the scheduled starter, I doubt many folks would say this should have been a sure fire win. And that is BEFORE he forgot where the strike zone was.

Man....goodness, its going to be that type of game.

"Hello, Vince? What do you think of the South side of Chicago?"

Eloy has a fanny pack on, haha! (I know it is a hand warmer).

Great signing, nothing better than walking guys, regardless of the strike zone being called.

Welp....might be one of those days.

I mean, I agree overall, but VV didn't exactly get a 'big' offer.

I hate walks.

Holy cow, VV has a beefy knuckle curve today.

Lineup could be worse, considering its Sunday and we've won the series already.

Thanks for running on contact, Kiermaier.

Yeah, the changeup is what makes Ruiz so much more impactful, if he mastered that.
