Bad pitch, yes. 10 feet may be a BIT of an exaggeration. You get in front of that, as a catcher. It didn't go bounding off to the side, until after it hit Zavala's glove.

Kimbrel wasn't great, but if you're going to blame him for the guy going 1st to 3rd, maybe teach the catcher that this is NOT how you stop an outside short hop pitch...

Yeah, Kimbrel was less than stellar, Bummer was terrible. You don't pull CK for AB there, knowing what move comes after that. But....score is tied, we move on.
