And really, based on the nature of this case, it's a 50/50 call that's going to come down to the credibility of Zimmerman. So that would probably make it even more suspect to just not bring charges since SHE would then be making the determination that she believes the racist kid killer over the saintly boy eating skittles.

I can't hit for s*** in the new Show. I was always pretty good in the 2010 version, but apparently they've tweaked something. I can have 10-14 pitch at bats, fouling everything off, but it's rare to get more than a few hits in a game.

Edit: And that affidavit was pretty freakin' bare bones, and added nothing knew that Zimmerman basically didn't already admit, except maybe the mother somehow knowing for certain what Martin's screams sound like. Otherwise it seems like people's unfounded fears were pretty much that...unfounded.
