Man, this has taken over my day looking into all my options here. Anyone overclocked their stuff? Is that easy to do, i.e. can you just let a computer program handle it?

Hmm, sounds like i'm going to have to research the BYO option. Seems like there are 100 variations of the same components though, and I don't know what's good and what's bad. And I've already got a nice 23 inch LED monitor. Just need to add a decent computer to use it!

I can't believe Artest only got 7 games. That's the 1st round. What a joke of a league. Way to send a message to a repeat offender Stern. The minimum should have been 10-14. The appropriate suspension would have been the remainder of the season.

Is that a mandatory thing or just a recommended thing? So, I used to be on top of this stuff back in the day, but now not so much. It's been about 6 years since my last desktop purchase and my old Gateway is becoming slower and slower and more of a pain in the ass. So what's a decent computer these days? It will be used primarily for web surfing, photo viewing (not editing), the occasional Netflix watch and the occasional game, though I'm not sure i'm interested in anything other than Diablo III and that seems to have a moderate set of requirements but nothing too drastic. I can get an i5 processor with 8gbs of ram (expandable to 16) and a 1tb hard drive for about $530 bucks at Best Buy. It has an internal graphics card, so I might have to drop a hundred or two on a new graphics card, but that seems to be a good price. Everything jumps in price 2-300 bucks when you look at the i7 stuff. Anyone have one? Is it worth the jump? Are i5's pretty fast (keeping in mind i'm stuck with a dual core 1.8ghz proc with like 3gb or ram now)? Thoughts are much appreciated.

I never saw it, but the actor that played the Johnny Depp character just died last week. That's when I learned it was a TV show. Also, Tim Burton sucks, as will this movie.
