...and so there we were, sitting in on a conference call with the Florida Marlins PR staff and reporters from everywhere. They were to announce the trading of Ryan Dempster to the Reds, among other minor deals that day. Then they started taking roll. "---- here." "---- here." And I blurt out, "Ugly Here!" And that was only the beginning.... I must say one last thing about the ESPN board. That press conference was one of the funniest things I had ever heard.. Reporters asking legit questions of the mechanics of the trade above shouts of "Sosa beats his wife" and "Maggs for MVP!!" I can't believe I forgot all about that..how did we get that phone number? I remember it was on an ESPN page, but I can't believe they made it public. ahh, good times, good times.

You know they are disappointed like a MF'r I bet they are speechless. The day has finally come for them. I had to mention that we try to police up some of the guys who may want to still play PTC or still post on a Sox board w/out all the crap that comes with it.

I saw where I was going and what I was doing in life, and I decided this isn't what I wanted. I starting thinking there has to be more than life than to look forward to other than Sox & Blackhawks games. This is a little simplistic, but it draws the same conclusion. I haven't done anything since graduating college a few years ago, and I needed the change. Plus, I feel like I'm still young enough and deserving to serve, so I decided to sign up.

I don't mind Rome all that much, he has his moments. The callers are annoying, and when he goes off about living in SoCal, it pisses me off...It gets old quick.
