This thread is for everyone who wants to vent. I know some people dont like the venting so thank me for having the common decency to isolate atleast my venting to one place. If you dont want to hear the venting, dont read this thread. If you say anything on this thread telling me to stop venting I am going to laugh. And please, if you want to vent, put it here and not everywhere else on the board. And lets use this thread for every game. Ill try to bump it back up so all venters can find it easy again. Then well never have to read vents if we dont want to...

I refuse to argue politics any longer on this board. You guys know what I think and I have no more to say. I dont like war but sometimes its the only option. If we leave, more Iraqis will die. Certain people are too self indulged to understand this and I dont care. They can think what they want. But just remember, I can think how I want of them as well. But now I will no longer post anything political. Im not quitting, I just have nothing more to prove and sideshowape/arnett/aziz really bothers me. So Im done. Heres a scenario. We pull out and Saddam kills many more Iraqis. Then the Arabs will toast us for abandoning them. These people are hypocrytes. They want it both ways. But they cant have it both ways. You stick with us and put up with going into your country and making things better. Or you side with them and watch with horror and silence when he kills so many of his own because we left. You cant try to chase someone away and then get mad because people died because they were chased away. It doesnt work that way. You pick a side. The Arabs just cant do this tho. They have grown predictable over the years and I have no doubt that is what they would do if we let those Iraqis down. But were sticking with them and were gonna finish what we started...

I pray every night that no one else will have to die. And the only way to do this is to finish the job. Pulling out will lead to more dead. But continuing on will mean more dead also. So my prayers are a trick question. Sometimes ya gotta suck it up and just do it. People will die. PEOPLE ALWAYS DIE IN WAR. But in Iraq, many more will die if we do not succeed. OldRoman, Killing is not justified. I am a consciencious objector of any and all warfare that the bourgeoisie have and will wage. It's the rich class waging the war that the lower class will always have to fight. It makes no sense. War never solves anything...or didn't they teach you to use your words and not your fists when you were little? I doubt you know much about Gandhi, but let this quote sink in. "Become the change you want to see and others will follow." The military industrial complex is a horrid sickening cancer on the American people. How about getting jobs, food, infrastructure, health care, etc. for people here first and then going to spread it to the rest of the world. Makes sense, right? I am all for helping the Iraqis, but I'd like to think that it would be a priority for the American government to help the Americans before doing mass humanitarian aid efforts in Iraq. I'm working with Peace Action on the financial costs of the war and how it effects spending on other things. It also uses the projected budget from Bush etc. as well. When we finish it, I'll show you all the data and let's see if you are all good with all that tax money going to the permanent war economy. And more self indulgence. Yes killing is not justified. So why dont you go against Saddam whos been killing people for decades? But whatever arnett. Stay at home and continue to insult everybody whos serving over there while I go join the Navy and serve my country proudly in the Gulf (or whatever is the major war zone of my time). That is heroism and that is bravery. Sitting at home and typing insults is not. So again, if you want the war done better (I think theyre doing a fine job) then enlist and do it yourself. Jon Garland needs to step up tommorrow. But even more, our offense needs to step up. This is the leagues best. We cant average 2 runs a game against the leagues worst and expect to contend. Our offense needs to pound Ascencio tommorrow. BTW, this is post number 1000 for me. Hooray for me!

It is quite obvious that France and Germany on jumping on the bandwagon for the sole purpose of recieving the huge benefits that will come from the ultimate sacrifice from our young American soldiers. So my question is, why isnt sideshowarnett on here complaining about what idiots the French are German governments are? Please try and defend yourself sideshowarnett. We are very interested to hear what you have to say about such matter...
