Definitely losing game seven of the WS. That would suck. Especially if you lost it giving up the lead walkoff style, sorta like the Yankees in 2001. So in recent years Franks average has been down. I know. But you cant compare Franks 2002 with Konerkos 2003. Frank still hit .250 last year and he had 92 damn RBIs! Franks 2002 may have been a letdown for him (which just goes to prove how good he really is) but I dont think many other MLBers would have a problem with those numbers. Now look at Koney. Hes hitting .229 with 12 bombs and 49 RBIs. That doesnt just suck for him, it sucks for anyone. These seasons are uncomparable. As for the whole speed thing, Frank is faster. Konerko just isnt for real. He never was. You cant get rid of Reed, Everett or Lee, the first is a killer prospect and the last two have valuable bats. So bring Reed up for September and let him see some time, hes much farther along than Borchard. This offseason, trade Konerko for an decent fifth starter or a pitching prospect, preferably the former. And resign Everett. Then put Carl at DH (maybe sometimes Lee) and put Reed in center or left depending on who is DHing. Everett and Lee are better than Konerko, so my odd man out is PK...
