CQ just went into orbit.

So, on BBTN last night, they mentioned that CQ is hitting about .280 with 12 home runs since June 1. Bascially, he's been that MVP guy that we've been missing since he got hurt.

It'd be nice if we could trust Gordon to steal, and Pierre to bunt him to third.... But, until Gordon gets going, I don't think we can force the issue with him.

AJ first and third. Klutchsay's speed made KC hold him on, leaving a hole for AJ to pull it through. Carlos Zambrano would have been mad at the first baseman's effort there, though.

Royals get a run, but some smart defense leads to a double play. I'll take it. Theoretically, we'd have to score at least one run anyways to win.
