  1. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 8, 2012 -> 12:58 PM) Question: Does the red card mean that Poland's starting goalie has to sit out the next match? Does that rule apply to Euro? Yes it does. The backup goalie Tyton will be starting vs. Russia.
  2. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 7, 2012 -> 09:57 PM) LeBron.not.clutch. He is not. That's been proven for years now, I like how he has one good (clutch?) game where he carries a team posts like this show up. OKC in 5.
  3. Chapman about the blow the game wide open letting Tigers come back.
  4. QUOTE (2nd_city_saint787 @ Jun 10, 2012 -> 09:34 PM) Move a s***ty pitcher into long relief??? thats crazy talk, long relievers are supposed to be good pitchers. long relief pitchers are also known as mop up guys, for a reason
  5. QUOTE (rowand's rowdies @ Jun 10, 2012 -> 09:27 PM) Anyone else expect us to get a big time sp? I'm thinking Greinke for a package of Floyd, Mitchell, spect, spect one can dream.
  6. QUOTE (sunofgold @ Jun 10, 2012 -> 05:27 PM) Yeah but will management make that change. i would like them to do that right when Danks comes back. From what ss2k5 said and from what I've read on twitter, Ventura said something during post game press conf. that Humber status past his next start is up in the air. They will do whatever they can to field the best team perfect game or not.
  7. QUOTE (sunofgold @ Jun 10, 2012 -> 05:21 PM) If you count Q as part of the rotation, then half of the rotation has been pretty great and the second half has been pretty lousy. I believe that you have to keep Q in the rotation. Danks will get more chances since he is coming back from rehab. That leaves Floyd and Humber. Both are pitching bad right now. I say move Humber into the long relief position since Floyd has more of a favorable history than Humber. Then you can do whatever you want with Stewart. it is crazy that you have to move the guy who threw the perfect game to the pen. But that is baseball. I hope our starters throw CG shutouts but enough of these no-hitters/perfect games. Pitchers tend to suck awhile after throwing them. You answered your own question. Danks comes back, Q takes place of Humber, who is moved to the pen and you hope Floyd will turn it around, be a serviceable 5th starter. FWIW, not sure if this was posted yet, but it looks like Morel is not coming back any time soon, gonna see two specialist as his back got worse in Charlotte and surgery might be in order.
  8. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Jun 10, 2012 -> 10:58 AM) My first thought when you asked "served minors" was a beer. LOLL. I would think the money to pay for your meal though is just as green there as anywhere. Question I would have is the food good and at what price? Joe said he paid 11 dollars for a 1/2lb burger and a beer. OP - just call to find out.
  9. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jun 10, 2012 -> 10:01 AM) Anyone know if Bacardi at the Park's restaurant part serves minors? I'd assume it does, but I'd like to know because my parents and I might eat there before the game today. Also, today will be the second time I've seen Harrell pitch, outside of his debut. I'm sure it works like a regular restaurant my friend.
  10. Paulie said best crowd yet this year, props to all attendees.
  11. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 7, 2012 -> 10:06 PM) f*** ORLANDO HUDSON!!! ORLANDO HUDSON
  12. Can Hudson make up for his bonehead play from earlier?
  13. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 7, 2012 -> 08:42 PM) Do fans care about a weekday series vs the Blue Jays? I bet there's good crowds this weekend, just cause it's the weekend. This, besides don't fans rather see the team winning which is technically easier to accomplish vs bad Astros?
  14. QUOTE (jeffro2525 @ Jun 7, 2012 -> 08:00 PM) Peavy needs an efficient inning here. He gets just that.
