Getting rid of this intro was a terrible move. They should have just continued to update it. Would love it if it came back for the intro for game one.

I remember walking down to the ticket gate in the bottom of the 8th inning. Was like the second or third person in line at the window I was at. I don't remember if they announced it, or if we just assumed that's when they would do it, but it didn't seem like people knew until the game basically ended that they were going on sale then. Either way, game 163 was still one of the best games I've ever been at live. The atmosphere was amazing.

He's just overall dull. His home run calls are some of the worst. I keep hoping he will get better. Makes me appreciate Hawk in his prime even more.

I would say I hope they trade Kimbrel for a haul, but he's been pretty trash since coming over, so that seems like a tall order now. But for what they gave up for him, he either better be on the team next year or at least bring back a nice return.

He hasn't been bombed all season though, that's my point. He's having a brutal stretch, no doubt and he shouldn't be on the playoff roster. But he's given up 3 or fewer runs in over half his starts. Teams would gladly take that from their 5th starter.

Remember when Mark Buehrle had that really rough stretch in 2006? People wanted to run him out of town. He turned it around after some time. Lets hope Keuchel can do the same. I know with injuries, it's hard to have him skip a couple of starts, but that's what he needs right now. He's been ass. He's fine as a 5th starter, the problem is, he isn't being paid as such.
