This is the kind of game that, 2 or 3 years ago, would have ended like, 10-3 Twins. It feels weird for the Sox to be really good, and even weirder for the Twins to be god-awful.

Yeah not sure if this is dead arm or his mechanics are out of whack again. He also isn't locating the fastball at all, which makes it real easy to sit on the change.

If it's the racetrack i'm thinking of, I grew up very close to there. It's a pretty small area - I kind of doubt it could support the infrastructure necessary for one, let alone two stadiums, at least not without some creative land use. There's also a megachurch nearby that might cause some tension.
