In other news, Sergio Santos underwent season ending shoulder surgery. Listening to the Jays pregame announcers, Greg Zaun was saying how it is quite likely that the WhiteSox were aware of the redflags associated with Santos (injury/mechanics) resulting in them just unloading him for "just" Nestor Molina. Even as much as we enjoyed having Santos with the Sox, it was quite evident that his slider would one day give him arm problems.
