  1. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 15, 2012 -> 01:43 PM) The Blue Jays had access to his medical records prior to the trade. He had to take a physical to complete the trade. And Nestor Molina hasnt exactly been a picture of health, either. Well sure Jays had the medical records and made him undergo a physical but the timing of when the trade went down raised question marks. Especially when the Sox just signed to him to a very club-friendly contract for a closer prior to the trade.
  2. In other news, Sergio Santos underwent season ending shoulder surgery. Listening to the Jays pregame announcers, Greg Zaun was saying how it is quite likely that the WhiteSox were aware of the redflags associated with Santos (injury/mechanics) resulting in them just unloading him for "just" Nestor Molina. Even as much as we enjoyed having Santos with the Sox, it was quite evident that his slider would one day give him arm problems.
  3. Time for a series win!
  4. Only positive is that Cleveland and Detroit lost. Oh well let's go for the series win with Sale on the mound tmr.
  5. In 7 starts vs the Central Peavy has a 5.48 ERA in 46 innings, vs the rest of the league 1.78 Era in 81 innings (11 starts)
  6. It all pretty much came down to the decision of sacfrice bunting Beckham over, when has that ever worked out in our favour? You knew Dunn would be coming up and Konerko, who has been one of the worst players in the league that past month and a half, so why bunt.
  7. Well with Butler and Francour coming up you really don't want to go out with a lefty on the mound, who else could u really trust in a 1 run ball game. Jones is pretty much the only option.
  8. unnecessary bare hand attempt to try to throw out Butler
  9. Peavy wanting to give the bullpen the day off
  10. ball drilled right at Moustakas
  11. JJ hardy just hit a Hr as well to tie that game up
  12. Dunn... boy that was a big time blast to centre!
  13. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Jul 14, 2012 -> 08:41 PM) Yes he has.......................1 run again for Peavy this is nuts. I can already see another one of those complete game losses coming.
  14. Youkilis goes down swinging Detroit takes the lead
  15. De Aza with a triple
  16. Good start with the lead off walk
  17. Pretty pathetic seeing out of all the guys, it is the Dwayne Wises and Alcides Escorbars of the world that blast it out of the park against Peavy
  18. Tie Game in Baltimore

  21. QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Jul 14, 2012 -> 07:49 PM) Beckham scores on a double by De Aza, did Beckham steal second btw? He advanced on a wild pitch
  22. QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Jul 14, 2012 -> 07:44 PM) Orioles better man up and win this damn game already. Tigers lead now
