  1. Eric Welsh also is what 25 years old. He should have hit 23 homers last season, since he was playing in AA the season before. the . 240 or so average he had is not acceptable.

I sure hope Kris has matured in the past 6 months, the KH I know/met wasnt the same one you guys are refering too. Granted he is a young kid, but he doesnt always have to act it. Of course i wish him nothing but the best, unless of course he ever gets traded.

If we are talking surprise, coming out of nowhere (to have a great Joe Valentine type year) I would say Corwin Malone rebounds very well this year. Also look out for Edwin Yan, the kid is only 20 and faster than anybody in the Sox organization. A slick fielding two bagger and once he gains some patience at the plate he will be fine. But I cant leave out my favorite: The Ringer
  6. Well I thought we could get some varied results here. I would have to say Royce Ring followed by Olivo.
  7. We have had the SOX logo for quite sometime now, do you think the Sox should change the logo?
  8. I would have to go with the Warthogs and beautiful Ernie Shore Field. any other opinions?
  9. hotsoxchick1: You will have to let me know when you visit the Triad area. It is always good meeting other Sox fans. Especially in this area. Too many Braves, O's and Yankee fans. Where did you stay when you were here last? I know a few people at local hotels to save you some money next time. Unless you have family or friends here.
  10. It looks to be a done deal at this point. Follow the link for the article. http://www.warthogs.com Winston-Salem is a great place for these young Sox to develop. A nice park, good following of fans as well as prime location with the other Sox affiliates in the North Carolina area.
