I am already getting tired of 7 inning doubleheaders

So glad we got our best lineup 2 games in a row and just abandoned it since. Tony will do anything to get Garcia in the lineup.

Seriously. We just had three days off in 6 days. We play 6 games, have a day off then play 2 games then another day off. Plenty of time off, no excuse to extend your pitcher like that who was clearly running out of gas. And even after the home run, HE WAS STILL IN THE GAME!!!

I still can't believe what I witnessed in the 7th. Not to mention on playing Lamb over Vaughn and the indivisible pinch hitting. He is clearly not cut out to be a manager in 2021

He swung at two pitches way off the plate and missed a hanging slider after his almost home run. And another groundout for Grandal, his below .160 average is not promising.

He shouldn't have even offered, it was a late check swing at that.

I am so glad Nicky 2 Strikes is shutting up the doubters. He had the yips early but has settled in nicely at 2nd and is starting to hit the ball harder, he is the perfect 9 hole and occasional 2 hole hitter for this team. I wonder what Kopech would look like now if he pitched last year, he would probably still be at a tight inning limit but I have to imagine he would have been in the rotation (but probably wouldn't have Rodon) Team is starting to heat up right when the weather is about to warm up, hopefully we go on a nice 10 game stretch

The ball is going to keep finding Crochet if he can't figure out how to field and throw to first

Why do we need to start our worst hitter on the team when Vaughn has been hitting well and only plays 7 innings a game anyways?

I guess they try and go Kopech for 3/4 and Crochet for 2/3?
