Last year when they did this throwback giveaway, the players wore the same jerseys- er, they were supposed to, until Sale cut them up. I'd be willing to bet that the plan remains the same this year, and the players will be wearing the 1917 throwbacks.

Take this with a grain of salt, but a bunch of MLB fans are claiming that Rosenthal tweeted and then quickly deleted something about progress being made on Quintana to the Cubs. edit: and it's not a fake account or anything, they subscribe for notifications when the real Rosenthal tweets and all claim to have gotten this notification

I think Rabbit's recent tweet (If Jose pitches for the Sox again it's likely because of a sudden, significant impasse) is a concrete rumor
