John Danks should never start for the White Sox again
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Apr 29, 2016 -> 12:33 PM) 2011 called and said great move. 2011 saw Linceum and Latos in this hypothetical rotation and freaked out, saying that this they are best 1-2 combo in baseball.

Baltimore Orioles vs Chicago White Sox 6:05PM
QUOTE (lasttriptotulsa @ Apr 29, 2016 -> 09:03 AM) Sox are only averaging 2 hour and 53 minute game times this year if you take out the extra inning game. To watch the last 10-15 minutes of the game I would say more like 8:45 if there are no delays. That's true, I didn't factor the extra inning game time. Thanks

John Danks should never start for the White Sox again
QUOTE (oldsox @ Apr 29, 2016 -> 09:56 AM) You're right. He does look much thinner. Anorexia maybe? Maybe he just wanted to lose weight... I don't think losing 10 pounds makes you anorexic. It's possible, but I doubt it

Baltimore Orioles vs Chicago White Sox 6:05PM
Planning my 15 minute break at work around watching the end of this game. Any suggestions/guesses? 915-930? Or do you think it will be later? I guess it depends on how many runs you expect to be scored.

John Danks should never start for the White Sox again
His ERA from 2013-2015 was oddly consistent.

John Danks should never start for the White Sox again
QUOTE (TheTruth05 @ Apr 29, 2016 -> 05:17 AM) You can tell the guy cares and wishes he could be passable for this exciting team, but he just doesn't have ML stuff anymore. Rich or not, Danks is a guy I feel bad for but it's time for a change. Agreed. At the end of the day, money is just a secondary reinforcer and it's hard for me to not feel bad for him after the Hayes tweets.

Games like these are why I don't believe in the Pythagorean W/L model.

Carlos Sanchez up, Robertson to Bereavement
Do we have to use an option on Sanchez?

Carlos Sanchez up, Robertson to Bereavement
QUOTE (shysocks @ Apr 28, 2016 -> 01:14 PM) Also, losing our lockdown closer = Sox are still cursed in Baltimore. Luckily, it looks like all 3 games could be rained out.

Carlos Sanchez up, Robertson to Bereavement
QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 28, 2016 -> 01:14 PM) Well s***. I guess we'll get a look at Nate Jones being closer. How long is the bereavement list? 3 days? No less than 3, no more than 7

Pitching numbers are unreal
QUOTE (shysocks @ Apr 28, 2016 -> 09:15 AM) Four teams in MLB, including the Sox, have a lower ERA- than the 1993 Braves, who hit 75. Sox are the only AL team. Maybe one of the four pulls it off full season. What does that mean?

AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!
I'm worried about Baltimore's offense against us. But, I was also worried about Texas' and Toronto's offenses against us.

QUOTE (Alexeihyeess @ Apr 27, 2016 -> 08:56 PM) Eh I dont have a problem using DRob here... Toronto can score a lot of runs in a hurry. you pull Webb/Jennings/whoever out if they allow a runner to enter scoring position. - Pitching numbers are unreal
