Marshall did get out of that jam in the 8th...but that double play ball was hit awfully hard. No reason to bring him out for the 9th. He ended up facing 5 hitters and didn't fool 4 of them.

Marshall got out of the jam last inning...thanks to a rocket caught off the bat...Heuer, Foster and Matshall should rarely get a 2nd inning.
