  1. Maybe if Cleveland scores more here...Sox should be able to get at least 1 back in the 10th
  2. Im staying up way past my bedtime for this game the Sox better win it in the 10th lol.
  3. Defense looking good today. Let's hope this continues.
  4. You can chalk Grandal.up as being our 4th DH.
  5. Bullpen starting to look like the pen they were hyped up to be.
  6. Lamb and Williams are completely overmatched. They have no business getting anymore atbats this game.
  7. Do other teams have this problem?
  8. Sox getting no hit tonight by the beibs
  9. Yall are TRIIIGGERRRREEDDDDD LMAO
  10. Not everyone has an aux port or bluetooth capability in their vehicles to connect their phones to.
  11. This ump has a large strikezone...but he's calling it for both sides. Still think we need electronic k zone.
  12. Yeah I was wondering about this...feel like tickets should be cheaper online once they start selling on the official website since they are only 7 innings.
  13. I have a question about attending double headers. So I have been planning on attending my first Sox game of the season on May 14th, which is now a split double header with KC. It sucks that I'll only get to see 7 innings now, but what if I purchase tickets for the first game instead of the 2nd? Would I automatically be allowed to stay for the 2nd game, or is that only with straight double headers? I'll probably just purchase off SeatGeek Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks for any and all information you'd be willing to share regarding double headers and how they work as far as attendance goes. I know it may be different a month from now with capacity restraints probably being loosened a bit (and hopefully ticket prices dropping as well...yeesh).
  14. They just swept Detroit. I know...it's Detroit, but Cleveland is hot. Playing better baseball than the Sox right now. I don't think we have the luxury of calling other teams "not very good", especially if those teams are in 1st place, until we are in 1st place.
  15. 2-2 is what you can hope for at best, and should make most very happy. Anything better than that would mean either the bats came alive miraculously or we got really lucky. These should be really close games...it's going to come down to the little things, like defense, baserunning and baseball IQ...something the Sox have been lacking lately.
  16. I heard on the Sox Machine Podcast that the Yankees are having the same issue with not scoring men on base. And they're supposed to be the powerhouse of the league. That gives me hope. I think right now the hope is that the OBP with the Sox stays where it is, and eventually the bats will get hot and start driving in those men on base. Hopefully they continue to be patient and that it pays off sooner rather than later.
  17. What was that thing that Rick Hahn said about Eloys injury...something about if there was going to be a big blow to the team the offense would be the part that could absorb it?
  18. All the games the sox have lost this year...they should have won
  19. Probably a result of nearly half our projected lineup sitting or injured...Grandal, Eloy, Anderson, Engel, oh and the person who scored the walk was the guy who was projected to be in the starting lineup but was a pinch hitter. Imagine that.
  20. Like spitting images of each other
