Question about attending double headers?

Featured Replies

I have a question about attending double headers. So I have been planning on attending my first Sox game of the season on May 14th, which is now a split double header with KC. It sucks that I'll only get to see 7 innings now, but what if I purchase tickets for the first game instead of the 2nd? Would I automatically be allowed to stay for the 2nd game, or is that only with straight double headers? I'll probably just purchase off SeatGeek

Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks for any and all information you'd be willing to share regarding double headers and how they work as far as attendance goes. I know it may be different a month from now with capacity restraints probably being loosened a bit (and hopefully ticket prices dropping as well...yeesh).

You would have to leave. Splits require tickets to both games.

Split DH shouldn't be allowed if they are 7 innings.

Yeah I was wondering about this...feel like tickets should be cheaper online once they start selling on the official website since they are only 7 innings.

Split DH for 7 inning games is absolutely ridiculous.

I agree.  If it's past your bedtime....stay home.
