  1. Abreu working the count here. He's seeing the ball well.
  2. The way Abreu is swinging the bat...I would rather see a "get him over get him in" strategy
  3. Nice woodwork J-Roll...that hesitation though in baserunning almost cost him. Good thing that throw wasn't accurate.
  4. Sciocia not a happy camper
  5. Seriously...did they not learn from Steve Bartman? Seriously...I hope all those guys are ashamed of themselves for trying to catch it. Melky should have held onto it though
  6. Seems like the Sox are doing a better job communicating in the field this year with pop flies and what not. There have been some really dumb defensive miscues, but for the most part I would say it's been pretty solid compared to last year. I would really like to see them play small ball. More bunting and slapping the ball the other way. More taking pitches. They are just trying to do too much. They are overthinking it up there at the plate.
  7. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Apr 19, 2016 -> 05:47 PM) No real changes in the lineup except Garcia is moved to 8th and Jackson to 7th I like Jackson hitting higher in the lineup. I think it gives us better leverage and a better shot at scoring some runs...that is if Abreu/Frazier/Cabrera/Lawrie can get on based
  8. Sox win tonight 10-4; 15 hits and 4 homeruns. I'M CALLING IT!!!
  9. Need a good starting pitching performance to give that bullpen a rest
  10. Okay best hitter in this lineup right now...I wanna see a hit n run
  11. That pitch to Jose was close. I think it was a ball, but regardless you gotta protect with 2 strikes.
  12. All right Navarro is due. Time to raise that .056 average...
  13. Dang wish they would've kept Moore in. They were just starting to figure him out
  14. QUOTE (Alexeihyeess @ Apr 17, 2016 -> 02:31 PM) Lawrie was a good pickup. Sox would be better with him at 3rd and Sanchez/Micah at 2nd. I wouldn't give up on Todd just yet...I could see Sanchez helping this team out at 2nd and maybe Lawrie DH? Or Lawrie play 3rd, Frazier 1st and Abreu DH with the outfield being Jackson, Cabrera and Eaton. Trade Avi for something. Anything. I was a big believer in him getting better, but the way he is playing I don't see anything getting better.
  15. Why does TB turf look so jacked up. Is it supposed to look like that?
  16. Hitting is definitely contagious...they are making this guy look like Felix Hernandez
  17. Sands is pulling his head off the ball
  18. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Apr 17, 2016 -> 02:20 PM) Second time through the order, need to start having some better at-bats. Yeah...that's exactly what happened with TB. 2nd time through the order they started hitting better.
  19. I don't understand this team...they look like they are dead then all of a sudden they surprise you with something good lol
  20. Now give him that big hook and strike his ass out
  21. He's throwing batting practice. Those pitches are waay too hittable
  22. I think this offense will drastically improve when Abreu and Frazier start hitting their stride, and Eaton becomes more consistent. I'm guessing this offense will improve to average for the first half...and then I think they will perform a lot better after the all star break
  23. Watch that changeup
  24. Neither team is liking this umpire right now
  25. There you go Austin THERE YOU GO
