April 12, 20178 yr SSS and all but I'm pleasantly surprised with Garcia. M.O. from Pitt on him was he had all the tools but never put it together at plate. Finally gave up on him, but always nice to see a hot start as you always wonder how much of it is mental. Little success early on can go a long way.

Dane Dunning was spectacular in his second minor league start of the year: 8 IP, 3 H, 1R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 13 K I'm very high on Dunning and think he could quickly rise through the minor league system and be helping the Sox at the mlb level sooner, rather than later as a mid rotation starter Edited April 14, 20178 yr by steveno89
