can you picture what will be

so limitless and free

desperately in need...of some...stranger's dough

in a...desperate fro

lost in a roman...wilderness of pain

and all the children are insane

all the children are insane

waiting for the summer rain, yeah...

get there, and we'll do the rest...

it hurts to set you free

but you'll never follow me

the end of laughter and soft lies

the end of nights we tried to die

(apologies to Jim Morrison)

Swan songs are so much tougher when you stay an ugly duckling.

14-13, but 'El Goo' is happy with our year, and in the first interview I've read or heard done in English, he wants to come back and do it all again!

More like keeping all the bidders bidding, I think.

Big Farewell game for soon to be someone else's 'Tub O' Goo', I see a complete game shutout, totally dominant from the warmup pitches, no opportunity lost here.

But that's just me.

I hope Bart is back next year.

Don't count on it.

I hope Bart is back next year.

I do too.. Even if it means we have to see this thread again... ;)

Bartolo..... he gawn.

I'd like to see Bartolo back JUST TO SEE these threads every 5 days :headbang

I hope JR opens the wallet and we bring almost everyone back. Like Everett, Maggs, Robbie, Frank, Colon, Buehrle, etc.

I agree. I would love to see what these guys might be able to put together over a full season. In fact let's bring back Manuel too. Save us some money there by not having to pay him a million plus for NOT managing. Use that money to help resign our guys.

There's no reason to bring Everett back, Maggs is coming back (he's already got the extension locked) unless he's dealt, we'll have to see about Frank, Buehrle is also under contract.

If we lose Colon, 2004 will probably be another 80-89 win season.

Told ya' he'd pitch.

Goo Bye.

another 80-89 win season.

If these team ever won less than eighty or more than ninety, I would be worried.

Unfortunately I thnik Bartolo will be wearing the pinstripes next year at the Bronx. He'll be just 1 of many leaving us in the off - season.
