Good news. Now we have Ynoa with arm issues

The way pitchers for the Sox have been dropping like flies this year, one probably shouldn't be surprised.

What's wrong with him by the way?

Ynoa - Hip flexor strain. probably not arm related, hopefully will be a short stay. This could just be workload management, giving him a bit of a break.

You are correct, the hip flexor is not in the arm. :P

However, if you really want to stretch it ( ;) ) The gluteus maximus is connected to the latissimuss dorsi which does connect to the humerus so they could be related.

The bullpen has been getting the s*** kicked out of it, and it is probably because it has been getting really extended lately. In the last week (6 games) our starters have given us 27 2/3 IP, or about 4.5 IP per start. That is a way to just destroy your pen.
