It’s interesting that we don’t sign many arms.  Seems like almost all our high profile LatAm sighing are of the positional variety.

I'm not great at spanish (and Google Translate isn't the best), but from this article about Alberto Lemay Bernal which was mentioned in the Future Sox article, it seems like Bernal hit .370 with a .528 OBP in what I think means the last 15U season he played in Cuba. It says he was noted for his big arm and power and probably has average speed.
