Dan is a believer: Rodon and Yoan

Love when Dan Z talks Sox, thanks for the link.  Fangraphs hasn't been a "must visit" for me lately so good to get the Sox content delivered here.

They've lost a lot of talent - writer wise - in the past year and it shows. It'll take the new people time to learn and progress as writers/researchers.

That said, I have been incredibly excited about Rodon since I saw his pitches thrown breakdown percentages. He should have gone slider heavy 2 years ago. He has three different sliders, and he should just be fastball/slider.

2 White Sox in the believe section. Nice!

I figured Yoan would be in an article like this because of his changed approach and noticeable improvement, but not Rodon.  I didn't realize Rodon's FIP was so low and K's were THAT high.  Hopefully he can keep it up and one of (if not both) Giolito and Lopez can figure something out.
