August 6, 20196 yr Someone (Jack?) asked on the game thread if Giolito had a chance to get his ERA back under 3.00, like it was prior to the All-Star break. Short answer: extremely difficult. Projecting his innings pitched for the year at 187, he would have to give up no more than 12 ER in 56 1/3 innings (ERA of 1.92) to end up with an ERA of 2.98.
