FS podcast: Jim Callis of MLB Pipeline

Featured Replies

We’ve hit a string of several consecutive guests who were kind enough to join us.

On this edition, Jim Callis joined us to talk White Sox prospects and draft focus during these trying times.

Props to the Futuresox staff for getting good guests and putting out great content during these times. I'm just glad there is something to scratch my baseball itch.

Spoiler alert: Jim Callis talks about Yermin Mercedes! He's Yearnin' for him!

Not in those exact words, but that's how I took it

I listened.. And I agree, he practically said it.

Callis has the record for "ya know"s in a podcast.

He had reticence about Madrigal opining that he may be a .275 hitter in the majors that can play good defense but will not hit for power or get many walks.

I didn't hear the part where Callis was excited about Yermin.

These guys are starting to walk back their Madrigal thoughts.
