The 2003 National League Champions Cubs T-shirts and hats were under cover at souvenir stands around the ballpark Tuesday and Wednesday night. A few of them saw the light of day prematurely, but none were supposed to be available as collectors' items for the perverse if the Cubs lost. All the items were supposed to be burned.
