Do other teams do anything like this? I’ve been complaining about the White Sox sequence with prospects for nearly 20 years.

-Rush to the big leagues, gotta get that bat in the lineup now.
-Struggles when they arrive
-Rapidly loses playing time to some crappy veteran, we’re trying to win we gotta get that veteran bat in the lineup right now.
-Traded away, gotta get that veteran presence to help our lineup.

Marcus Semien ring a bell???

Colas is being mismanaged but thats nothing new.  He needs to be given an opportunity to adjust like most all rookies get (except in the white sox organization)

He started off good, pitchers adjusted, now instead of being given an opportunity to match the pitchers they have decided to play Sheets who gives us nothing and makes us a s%*# fielding team.

He will get in there again and be given a chance to adjust (its also not like he is doing bad comparatively (He is on par with 90% of the roster currently including Eloy, Robert, Andrus, etc.)

Could be the cold or even the elite teams we have played.  Wait until we play crap teams instead of the best of the best over and over

There was a poster yesterday in the gamethread who was pulling for Colas to succeed because of his style of play. I agree. This is one guy who always plays hard, and one guy who seems beyond bothered when it isn’t going his way. I hope he figures it our. We can use guys like him.

It doesn't matter how long these guys spend in the minors. The org does not know how to develop guys. He might as well just learn from experience and keep facing major league pitchers.

The problem is 27 teams are better and we're actually tied for that 28th spot with KC.  No let up.  The Reds?   Not on the road right now.
