It's the field here, unless you are talking football. There are load management legitimate reasons why only 3 of the 4 would start if you are trying to rotate (though DH would be the best to rotate if the roster wasn't so defensively limited). However, the vast majority of games the four haven't appeared has been due to one or more IL stints. Tim Anderson played the least number of games in two of the three completed seasons, Yoan Moncada has played the most games in two of the three seasons.

And thanks for taking the time to do that research. Was quite surprised to see Anderson played fewest games in 2 of the 3 seasons, equally surprised that Moncada played most in 2 of the 3! But overall IF they could play even 50% of the games the chances a better than .500 season would dramatically improve, but all 4 seem fragile or just unlucky with injuries.

It would take the Core Four 1,012.5 total of games, 588 additional games, to reach a full 162 game season at their current pace. 

Sadly, the low 16% rate will continue to drop, at minimum, until both Eloy and Yoan return.
