There are load management legitimate reasons why only 3 of the 4 would start if you are trying to rotate (though DH would be the best to rotate if the roster wasn't so defensively limited). However, the vast majority of games the four haven't appeared has been due to one or more IL stints. Tim Anderson played the least number of games in two of the three completed seasons, Yoan Moncada has played the most games in two of the three seasons. Thanks for correcting my poor American English! 😁 And thanks for taking the time to do that research. Was quite surprised to see Anderson played fewest games in 2 of the 3 seasons, equally surprised that Moncada played most in 2 of the 3! It would take the Core Four 1,012.5 total of games, 588 additional games, to reach a full 162 game season at their current pace.
