September 2, 20232 yr No one has improved. The better pitchers have spent less time under him. The problem in professional sports is coaches and managers rarely fire their staff. Rare for a GM to do that either. If an outsider came in that would be the first thing they do. Pedro is here to stay but he needs a different staff. If he were to pluck them from the Royals they'd still suck. As someone on the radio said the Sox need to advertise the best coach needed.
