After I heard Cito blaming everything his critics had to say about him on his race, I switched over to the Ozzie Camp. I hope Ozzie has the same effect on this White Sox team that Pena had on KC.

Before every news conference, the subject is leaked by the front office to select media (or sometimes all of them). New conferences are basicallya chance to introduce the new manager, give him his moment in the sun and provide interview time with the media.

Nice that I not get ripped until I have a chance to say.. "whoops, I was wrong". I still have complete faith in what I was told. And until Friday, Cito was a lock. Ironically.. until he told them he wanted more than they will willing to spend.. which is exactly what I told someone here via IM if they care to confirm. It all comes down to $$.

I mean, could the sources have been THAT wrong to have you state with steadfast certainty that Guillen wouldn't get the job? Not trying to stir up s*** here, just wondering whether the issue is a moderator bringing up the quotes vs. just a regular poster.
