This man was a dynamo.

And hes not the only one. Last few years they have lost some ELITE guys. St Urbain went to Toronto. Wechsler (the man responsible for Mr Montgomery((downtowns pick to click this year))) to Ball St, Gange to UWashingotn, Payne to Astros. Hope this isnt a trend and we stay with a top notch draft scout group. Lot of teams have guys who knows what good is, we need guys who know what ELITE is in this house.

So the Sox system is getting pilfered? i understand the narrative. When nobody gets taken, we suck and all our guys suck. When other organizations start pilfering people from us, it's because we suck and we can't hang onto our good people.

Or everyone not affiliated with the Royals’ Way sees the writing on the wall…

You know what they say about top talent leaving? Jerry can be loyal all he wants, but the way the Sox are run forces the talented individuals to seek out better opportunities and take them. That's why you have all these company yes men in the organization - they wouldn't be employed this long for other organizations.

Pick a lane, grandpa. Maybe it's just an organization that hires people and when they feel blocked, they leave. Everything doesn't have to be come insane conspiracy theory.

In 1987 John Tumminia became a Major League Baseball Scout for the Chicago White Sox. John recommended countless Major League players during over 30 years with the White Sox, retiring in 2020. In 2001 the Chicago White Sox honored John with their Scout of the Year Award. In 2008, John was inducted into the Topps Professional Baseball Scouts Hall of Fame. In 2016, John established Baseball Miracles, a non-profit organization that introduces baseball to children around the globe. John traveled around the World with Baseball Miracles delivering the hopes of baseball and faith to children in need.

John is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susan Tumminia, his two daughters Brooke and Tyler, his son-in-law Ben Cherington, his magical grandchildren Adwen and Harper Cherington, and his siblings James and Linda Tumminia.

Thanks for the insult? Maybe you've never worked for a company that runs things half-assed backwards, or maybe you're a yes-man yourself, but do yourself a favor and look up the top reasons good employees leave companies. It's not conspiracy.

Make sure to work out your core muscles regularly. Don't want to hurt your back from carrying all that water for the organization.

Sorry for the sass. I understand that the White Sox under KW/Hahn was a chaotic mess. Maybe it still is.

Dude, I root for a baseball team. Being illogically negative is the flip side of the same coin as being illogically positive.
